Authorized access only
Accounts are issued to authorized staff only. You must not share credentials or allow anyone else to use your account. Attempted access without authorization may result in account suspension and internal review.
Acceptable use
Use Medica only for authorized work. Do not misuse, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service.
Information you provide
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for following your organization’s policies. Do not upload information you are not authorized to share.
Availability
Medica Web is provided as an internal business tool without guaranteed uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, or upstream service issues may temporarily affect access.
Changes
Mada Medical may update these terms or system behavior as operations evolve. Continued use after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
