By signing in to Medica Web you agree to these terms for internal use of the Mada Medical operations platform.

Authorized access only
Accounts are issued to authorized staff only. You must not share credentials or allow anyone else to use your account. Attempted access without authorization may result in account suspension and internal review.
Acceptable use
Use Medica Web only for legitimate Mada Medical operations: coordinating surgical kits, depot handoffs, returns, documentation, and invoicing steps assigned to your role. Do not misuse, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service.
Operational data
You are responsible for the accuracy of actions you perform in the system, including photos, delivery confirmations, and financial entries within your permissions. Follow internal SOPs and escalate blocked or urgent cases through approved channels.
Availability
Medica Web is provided as an internal business tool without guaranteed uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, or upstream service issues may temporarily affect access.
Changes
Mada Medical may update these terms or system behavior as operations evolve. Continued use after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
