Scope
This policy applies to Medica Web and related authentication flows used by Mada Medical employees and contractors with assigned credentials. Access is granted on a need-to-know basis for kit logistics and case coordination.
Data we process
We process staff account data (name, email, role), sign-in events, language preference, and operational records entered in the platform such as cases, kits, hospitals, delivery tasks, photos, and invoicing details required for hospital-kit logistics.
Why we use it
Processing is necessary to operate the internal logistics workflow, secure access, audit operational activity, and support depot, delivery, and invoicing teams. We do not use Medica Web for public marketing profiles or patient self-service.
Security and retention
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored on secured infrastructure operated for Mada Medical. Retention follows internal operational and accounting requirements. Do not upload information beyond what your role requires.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data related to your account. For operational records tied to active cases, contact your Mada Medical administrator or data protection contact listed in the legal notice.
